Your healthy lifestyle plan

When and How

The Booster (if ordered), take 20 minutes before each meal (so 3 times a day) with 2 glasses of water, or dissolve in the first glass or shake it in your mouth and immediately drink a glass of water.

If you take the Booster in this way, you will notice that you will be saturated faster and that you will keep feeling full for longer.

You use the Healthy shake / smoothie through your breakfast and the first 2 to 3 weeks for lunch or dinner. (preferably as dinner)

Use the Healthy Capsules as follows:

  • 2 fruit capsules every morning with your breakfast.
  • 2 vegetable capsules every morning or with lunch.
  • 2 berry capsules every evening with dinner.

You can take the Omega Blend capsules 1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner or 2 at breakfast time.

Daily structure

7.30 am
A shake / smoothie / yogurt / cottage cheese pancake / waffle / cottage cheese bun etc.
With 1 scoop of shake / smoothie powder.


10 am
A vegetable snack or fruit or other healthy snacks.


12.30 pm
Again a hot meal, watch out for lean meat, fish or poultry, lots of vegetables! Serve with brown rice, sweet potato, new potatoes, whole wheat or spelled pasta or wraps.
Limit potatoes to no more than once a week, preferably as long as possible.


3 pm
2x rice cake with chicken fillet or another healthy snack


5.30 pm
A shake / smoothie / yogurt / cottage cheese pancake / waffle / cottage cheese bun etc.
With 1 scoop of shake / smoothie powder ..


8 pm
If pull – hand nuts, apple with cinnamon, oatmeal cookie, etc.
Something small.


You drink about 2.5 to 3 liters of water every day.
And tea with meals. Coffee in moderation (this disrupts fat burning)


If you wish, you can exchange dinner and lunch.
After 2 to 3 weeks you use the shake / smoothie powder. only once a day. And opt for a healthy fresh and unprocessed meal instead.


Depending on your goal and target weight, you can maintain 2 shakes / smoothies per day.

Do not skip a meal!

When you sleep in, you DO take your breakfast, but then leave your snack if necessary.
